Iliriana Gjoni is a Research Analyst at Carnegie Europe, where she focuses on EU enlargement, governance, and investment dynamics in the Western Balkans. She holds advanced degrees in European Studies (KU Leuven) and Piano Performance (Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe) and in 2025, she was awarded the Vibeke Sørensen Fellowship at the European University Institute for her research on the role of culture in EU integration processes. She continues to perform actively as a concert pianist.
