Court for the Acquittal of War Crimes Published: 18 November 2018 Serbia's accountability for war crimes committed on the territories of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and even Serbia, is not subject to public discussion. According to that narrative, Serbia did not take part in the wars. Serbia, as we are told, has only participated in defensive wars. It has always been on the right side.
